Highland Tire & Auto Service

I brought in my car to for safety inspection and they provided me a great service. that aside my first encounter with the team was a real welcoming atmosphere. I truly recommend Highland Tire and Auto Service as they are professional and diligent.

I have been to this mechanic multiple times since the ownership was changed and I must say I have been extremely pleased with all interactions and the services i’ve had done on my car. Elke is a very kind hearted and compassionate person, she always tries to go the extra mile! And in case you’re not told enough, thank you and you’re appreciated! Elke and Billy will always spare a few minutes to explain what they are doing/why, he is always willing to show you the parts if need be, which really speaks to his character. Billy is understanding of cost and is willing to work with you by telling you what things are a necessity and what things can wait! Which is super helpful being a university student! Overall, I definitely recommend this place! :)

Great service at this shop. Billy does a great job communicating and finding out the issues quickly. Very friendly service and good followup. Been taking both our Acura TLX and Landrover Discovery there for over a year now since moving into the Stoney Creek area
